A Note From Our Founder:

Yet, I kept seeing people around me falling short of their potential. What began as conversations over dinner with friends grew into discussions with hundreds of leaders. Many observed the same pattern. With each conversation, my passion to solve this tragedy of wasted potential grew stronger.

Motivated by a mission to help talented people fulfill their potential, I created a new tool and process.  I simply called it, “The Simon Assessment”.

The Simon Assessment is a tool and methodology, designed to remove the invisible barriers that constrain teams. The process includes both a diagnostic and clear, prioritized action plan to move from Good to Exceptional Performance.

I measure impact against our mission:

  • Every individual growing toward their highest potential.
  • Every team and organization outperforming their highest expectations.

If you're passionate about helping your people break through barriers and deliver beyond expectations, I would love to work with you.

- Simon Rurka, Founder & CEO
During my 24-year career leading businesses from $1M to $9B, I consistently observed talent languishing.

Amazing, passionate people - who were going to change the world - gradually becoming "average."

I knew a different path was possible. At Intel, I had taken a global business from decline to double-digit growth in 18 months.  We dismantled obstacles using first principles thinking. We had created an environment where every individual outperformed their highest expectations.
